Who we are?

We are a sister company of mendesaltaren (a leading digital product design agency in Spain with customers such as Inditex, Bankia, UEFA, Repsol, Movistar...among many others). Our team combines different profiles specialised on product design, data, new technologies and business.

How long does it take to build my digital product or MVP?

It really depends on the project but our average project takes between 4 and 8 weeks. We use nocode or lowcode technologies so our timings typically will be faster than traditional digital products that requires development.

Can I work with Minimum.run on an ongoing basis once my MVP or product is released?

Yes, we work with teams on a regular basis. We can collaborate with you to launch a new product or experiment or we can build a long lasting relationship iterating your digital product or continue launching new digital experiments. All you need is to ask our team and they will coordinate with you.

What technologies and integrations does Minimum.run work with?

We mainly work with nocode tools such as Webflow, Zapier, Airtable, Integromat, Pipedrive, Mailchimp among many others. If you are planning to launch an ecommerce or marketplace we will probably recommend others such as Woocommerce or Shopify. We discuss the goals and hypotheses with you and we make our best technology recommendations for each project.

What's the working process with Minimum.run?

We simplify the construction of digital products by placing people in the fast resolution of business problems. We are inspired by lean start up and shape up methodologies and we apply them for our customers's products. We work by sprints shaping, validating and building digital products and new concepts.

What are the typical deliverables?

Although each project is different, these are some of our typical deliverable assets:

Website (MPV) built on WebFlow or another no code or low code solution.
Design and brand assets.
Color palette.
Typography.
Iconography.
Art direction.
Examples of graphic resources.
Figma files with graphic design.
HTML/CSS export from Webflow or another no code tool
Main KPIs to measure and hit goals.
Data implementation: Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager...
Integrations with no code tools to complete the workflow (acquisition, transactions, data management, analytics, etc.)

Will I be able to manage my custom product once it goes live?

Out work doesn't finish by delivering a website. We love training and empower our clients and share with the community too. While we build your product you'll learn from our process and once we've finished your team recieve a training to be able to change whatever you need to in the future.
