Redesigning Tu Refugio around a warmer brand, clearer structure and a smoother booking experience.
We refined the identity to feel warm and human, redefined the site's structure and information architecture and rebuilt everything in Webflow, migrating existing content into a cleaner, more scalable structure. We also added an e-commerce so people can access and pay for services online with minimal friction.
The result is a brand and site that finally feel like a refuge: clearer, warmer, and easier to navigate, where finding the right support and booking it takes just a few steps.
